Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TEASY, operated by TEASY Messaging OÜ. By downloading, accessing, or using TEASY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TEASY.
2. Beta service
TEASY is currently in beta and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, the service may be interrupted or unavailable, and you may run into bugs. We appreciate your patience and your feedback while we build.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required to use TEASY in your country, and in any case be at least 13 years old. By using TEASY, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Your account
You register with a phone number. Please keep your phone number and device secure — anyone with access to them may be able to access your account. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
5. Acceptable use
To keep TEASY safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- Post or share illegal content.
- Send spam, or engage in harassment, hate, threats, or impersonation.
- Distribute malware or otherwise attempt to harm the service or its users.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or other users.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the messages and media you share on TEASY. You grant TEASY a limited license to store and transmit your content solely so that we can operate the service and deliver your content to the people you are communicating with.
7. Service changes & availability
Features may change over time. We may add, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, and we cannot promise that TEASY will always be available or uninterrupted.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using TEASY at any time and delete your account from within the app.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEASY is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Please remember that TEASY is in beta, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any disputes will be handled under the courts with jurisdiction there. This section will be finalized with your legal team before launch.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TEASY after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
